Whether you are simply looking to lose weight or wanting to improve fitness and strength, we have the programmes, equipment and expertise to help you achieve your personal goals.

Fitness Solutions offers three main workout areas:

Cardio Room

– here a variety of steppers, treadmills, cross trainers, exercise bikes and rowers will help you improve your fitness levels and shed any extra pounds.

Weights Room

– a wide selection of free weights, including both dumbbells and barbells, is supplemented by a Smith machine and Squat Rack.

Fitness Studio

– scheduled classes range from pilates to spinning. All are supervised by qualified fitness instructors, to ensure your health and safety. Outside of programmed classes the studio is available for a range of fitness and training activities.

Relax at Fitness Solutions

After a busy class or workout why not relax with a cool drink in our lounge area. A spa pool and sauna are also available for the exclusive use of members.

A professional unisex hair studio is now open. Stockists of Tigi, Wella, GHD, and FHi Heat.
